Flood Hazard Zone A

Because detailed hydraulic analyses have not been performed, no base flood elevations (bfes) or flood depths are shown. Flood zone ah includes areas of ponding from larger bodies of water, given the designation a 1 percent chance of annual flooding and a 25 percent chance of at least one flood every 30 years with an average depth of 1 foot to 3 feet. This zone is considered at moderate risk for floods.
